Ezgi Todurge LPC-A Unraveling Minds Texas Therapist.jpg

Ezgi Todurge, MS, LPC-Associate

under supervision of Dr. Scott Peters, LPC-S

Available for in-person in San Antonio and online sessions across Texas—including evenings and weekends.

“ As a relationship therapist, I take a trauma-informed, integrative approach grounded in psychodynamic and attachment-based theories.

I help individuals and couples understand recurring relationship patterns, heal attachment wounds, strengthen self-worth, improve communication, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.

My work integrates evidence-based approaches including Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis, and Solution-Focused Therapy, allowing me to tailor therapy to your unique needs, goals, and life experiences.

With warmth, empathy, and cultural sensitivity, I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you will feel seen, heard, and understood.

I am passionate about helping adults, seniors, couples, and immigrants navigate life's challenges, deepen self-awareness, build self-esteem, and cultivate meaningful, fulfilling relationships. I offer specialized support with:

  • Relationship challenges, including family dynamics, romantic relationships, dating, friendships, workplace relationships, and the relationship with oneself

  • Identity, self-acceptance, self-esteem, self-worth, and personal growth

  • Sexuality

  • Attachment wounds and protective coping patterns, including codependency, people-pleasing, perfectionism, overachievement, and hyper-independence

  • Adverse childhood experiences and their impact on present-day relationships

  • Career burnout, stress, and work-life balance

  • Major life transitions and personal change

  • Cultural adaptation, belonging, and navigating multiple cultural identities

Meaningful change begins with self-understanding. When we gain insight into the experiences, beliefs, and relationship patterns that shape how we move through the world, we become better equipped to respond to life's challenges with greater awareness, flexibility, and self-compassion. By exploring these patterns together with curiosity rather than judgment, we can help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, strengthen your relationships, and create lasting, meaningful change.

I look forward to connecting with you to see whether we're a good therapeutic fit. If not, I'm always happy to help you find other resources or referrals. What matters most to me is that you receive the support that best meets your needs”.
